Welcome to Kite’s Emporium, Puffincove’s little shop for things made, gathered, and dreamed up around The Cove. We’re working through the projects one at a time and will share each as it takes shape.
Bottle stand is first on the bench. Once the design is figured out, we’ll make it, stain it, and give it a clear coat. Next comes the dory: the parts are being figured out and gathered for Franky to cut, then it can be assembled and painted. The sculling oar, killick, and hand-line spool are waiting in the project list. We’re taking one project at a time and saving each design so it can be made again when someone wants one.
Catalogue and orders
We’ll add each piece here as its design is finished and tested, with photos and details. Builds will stay small and handmade, with order information added when a piece is ready.
For now, the catalogue is taking shape one design at a time. The first pieces are still being worked out at The Cove.
